Just to double check you do have the truck running/started as like the winches cranes require engine power to operate. I figured it out. I had to press "sqare" while having the "functions" menu open. WebGo to snowrunner r/snowrunner ... There’s a few russian trucks that come with the big crane, and some of those trucks are pretty bulky. Go to the truck store and go to Russian trucks, and press SQUARE (if on PS4) to preview the truck to view add-ons and modifications. Cheers mate.

I agree that its usually better to just bring a big truck with a heavy winch and use that. You hafta position the recovery crane truck with the front or back towards the target truck.
