WebExact same issue as you, identical symptoms with the No response received / No ranging response received. Modem drops multiple times a day. Some days are good, no drops, other days are terrible. Dropping WAN on the router side and forcing DHCP refresh with the modem seems to resolve the issue every time. WebFeb 28, 2024 · If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
