[1] WebThe anterior branch of the greater auricular nerve (from the cervical plexus) innervates most of the ear, including the helix, scapha, antihelix, concha, antitragus, external acoustic meatus, and lobule. The posterior branch of the greater auricular nerve also innervates some of the posterior ear.
